This gives you plenty of breathing room to fit sessions around your family’s schedule, print your resources at your own pace, and revisit anything you need along the way. Here’s how that works:
You’ll start with 3 x 60 minute group coaching workshops (worth $600), where you learn the explicit teaching strategies used throughout the program, plus 2 x 45 minute one-on-one Zoom consults (worth $400) for dedicated, personalised guidance.
